PRAXI Alliance Adds New Member Firm In Turkey

January 4, 2017 – Global search consortium PRAXI Alliance Worldwide Executive Search has added Istanbul-headquartered executive search firm Talent Smart as its newest member firm. The PRAXI Alliance global network now spans four continents, 21 countries and 58 offices worldwide.

Talent Smart is a newcomer to executive recruiting, focused on growing its presence thanks to its strong position in assessment and development through its affiliate, Assessment Systems, under CEO and founder, Levent Sevinc.

Turkey has the world’s 17th largest gross domestic product and is among the founding members of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development. The country has a sizeable automotive industry, which produced over 1.3 million motor vehicles in 2015, ranking as the 14th largest producer in the world.

Turkish brands like Beko and Vestel are among the largest producers of consumer electronics and home appliances in Europe, and invest a substantial amount of funds for research and development in new technologies related to these fields. Other key sectors of the Turkish economy are banking, construction, home appliances, electronics, textiles, oil refining, petrochemical products, food, mining, iron and steel, and machine industry.

“The Turkish economy has excellent growth potential and an interesting trend in the executive search market,” according to director Fabio Sola, “and we are proud to have Talent Smart on the PRAXI Alliance team.”
